Send us your college transcripts
If you have not done so already, please request to have all of your official college transcripts sent to our HR department.

Purchase a parking permit
Once you have your MAVzone account activated, please plan to purchase a parking pass or plan another commuting strategy. You can learn more about parking and purchase your pass on our Parking Services website.

Complete paperwork
Your new hire paperwork will be sent to you by our Benefits Manager. This paperwork will be sent to you via Docusign. Docusign is a safe and secure portal that we use to obtain necessary information to begin your employment. Please complete these documents in a timely manner.

I-9 Verification and Benefits Eligibility
Our Benefits Manager will be coordinating with you to complete your I-9 Verification and to review your employment benefits eligibility/selection. Click here to review a list of acceptable I-9 documents, which you will need to bring on your first day of employment. Please note that you must bring the original document, copies are not acceptable.

Employee training info
As you approach your first day, your hiring manager will be reaching out to provide you details regarding what your training will look like during your first days to weeks.
Training and Orientation
Your hiring manager will lead you through job specific training and connect you with the appropriate introductions to ensure you will be successful in your new role!
Within your first three days of employment you will be selecting your benefits and completing your I-9 verification as explained above.
New employee orientation: You will receive an email from the HR team regarding your new employee orientation. This will be a fun day where you can meet other new staff and faculty!
While most of your training will be with your hiring manager, our HR Team will serve as a consistent support for you.
