The Alpine Student of the Quarter (formerly month) is a renewable $500 annual scholarship for those students who were honored while attending a District 51 Middle School or High School and who have chosen to attend Colorado Mesa University or CMU Tech.
Eligibility Criteria
- Awarded each quarter to two students from each District 51 Middle School and High School for excellence in school.
- The student must be degree seeking with either a certificate, associates or baccalaureate degree.
- Student must be enrolled full-time (12 credit hours or more per semester) in undergraduate courses of study.
- Once admitted, recipients must provide proof of receiving the Alpine Student of the Quarter Award to have the scholarship included in their Financial Aid Package.
- Recipients can upload an attached photo of their award certificate, letter, or award plaque
Renewal Criteria (all criteria must be met to be eligible)
- Student must successfully complete a minimum of 12 credit hours each fall and spring semester (not available during the summer session).
- Maintain cumulative Colorado Mesa University GPA of 2.00 or higher.
- Available for eight semesters for a total of $2000.
