Whether you're an in-state student or an out-of-state student, you may qualify for tuition discounts through Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) or Mountains and Plains (M&P) programs. In-state students also qualify for a stipend on their tuition if they apply for the College Opportunity Fund.
