Facilities Services provides tables, chairs and other support as needed for events sponsored by campus clubs and departments. There are a limited number of tables and chairs available and they will be reserved for use on a first come, first serve basis. Requests should be submitted at least seven days prior to the event.

You have a few choices, the best way to confirm resources is to research your event in 25Live. Once you find your event, you'll be able to see resource requests as quantity and type.
If you are unable to figure out in 25Live if your resources have been added, your next course of action is to email [email protected] for non-urgent emails. If your event is happening in the same week you're inquiring about your resources, please call us instead.
If we are unable to verify your resource requests then you do not have any resources requested for your event and you will need to add them through 25Live. If you are unable add your requests or experience permissions issues, please contact the IT help desk or the UC for assistance.
