Posted Jan 2, 2025Project Intake Form Update
The Project Intake Form, found on the Capital Projects page, has been updated. Previously we used a PDF, now the form is an online Microsoft Form that needs to be completely filled out by you.
This form requires you to come prepared with all required information related to a project request. Please be sure you're prepared when starting your form as you CANNOT save your progress midway. Once the form is completed it will automatically be emailed to [email protected] where it will be scored by the Project Intake Committee.
If you're interested in reading more about how your project will be scored, please refer to the scoring criteria PDF on the capital projects page.
If you have any questions related to project intake, please email [email protected]
