The idea of the human shadow is seen within mythology, religion and pop culture. It’s a concept many are uncomfortable with, especially when it comes to disclosing the darkness within ourselves. Colorado Mesa University Assistant Professor of Dance Amanda Benzin is taking this topic head on as the director and choreographer of the Embracing the Shadow dance concert. In this episode she is joined by Assistant Professor of Psychology Jeremy Tost as they unveil the shadows that lurk deep within us all.
Kelsey Coleman and David Ludlam are the co-hosts of the CMUnow Special Edition Podcast. They take on topics many shy away from and interview some of the most interesting people in Western Colorado. To listen to more podcasts like this visit CMUnow on Spotify.
