Meyer Ballroom
The Meyer Ballroom can accommodate up to 500 people for your next social event. Host your event entertainment, speech, dance floor and dining in one location with customizable staging, tables, chairs and podium options. The ballroom includes built in LCD projectors and screens, in ceiling mono-speaker system, wired and wireless microphones, HDMI inputs and more.

Outdoor event spaces
CMU houses picture perfect outdoor venues to hold your special event. Take advantage of Grand Junction's 300 days of sunshine by hosting your event on one of our terraces, The Plaza, or Alumni Field. Tables and chairs are included in your rental. Sodexo Catering can provide bar services at almost all locations. Ask us about bringing in your own vendors.

Multi-function lounge space
Our Pre Function Lounge and Atrium are located next to the Meyer Ballroom and make great spaces for your registration, silent auction, or networking opportunities for your guests. Spaces are equipped with built in speaker system and LCD projectors and screens.

Small rooms
The University Center houses six meeting rooms of all sizes adjacent to the Meyer Ballroom. Utilize these rooms as greenrooms, storage, vendor rooms or for smaller, more intimate events. Each room houses our complimentary tables, chairs, computer stations, LCD projectors and screens.
