The procurement of all goods and services for Colorado Mesa University must be made in accordance with the CMU Purchasing Department Policies and Procedures, found on the Reference Documents and Forms page, as well as any other applicable authority to ensure accountability to the public and fairness to vendors. Depending on what is being purchased, some factors to consider are price, vendor, and nature of purchase.
