With a passion for fostering a nurturing and safe learning environment, Shana serves as the Director of Little Mavericks Learning Center, where they lead a dedicated team of educators and staff. With over 11 years of experience in early childhood education, Shana is committed to providing children with the foundation they need for lifelong learning and success.
Shana holds a Directors License and Coaching Credential issued by the Colorado Department of Early Childhood. Their expertise spans compliance with state regulations, universal preschool, staff training, and building strong partnerships with families. They believe in the importance of creating an inclusive, welcoming space where children feel empowered to explore, learn, and grow.
Under Shana's leadership, Little Mavs focuses on building a strong sense of community, encouraging social, emotional, and cognitive development, and ensuring every child receives the individualized care they need to thrive.
Outside of work, Shana enjoys live music of any kind, reading, and spending time with her family.
