As the nation braces for a contentious election cycle, CMU is proud to launch "Mav the Vote", a comprehensive series of election-oriented programming designed to foster civil discourse, encourage civic engagement, and model the values of a human scale university. At CMU, we are committed to creating an environment where every voice is heard and respected, aligning with our strategic plan’s core values of dignity, curiosity and exercising the power of the vote.
2024 Programming Overview
"Mav the Vote" is more than just a series of events; it’s a commitment by CMU to uphold the values that define us as a human-scale university. Through this programming, we will demonstrate how civil discourse, civic responsibility, and a commitment to inclusive dialogue can guide us through even the most contentious election cycles, fostering a campus culture where every voice matters.
