100 participants from Colorado who represent a diverse cross-section of the state will be selected through an application process. Applications will be reviewed jointly by U.S. Senator Michael Bennet and U.S. Senator John Hickenlooper, Colorado Mesa University and University of Colorado.
Applications are due no later than March 21, 2025. Participants will be notified of their acceptance no later than April 1, 2025.
