Need maintenance, repairs, keys or custodial assistance? Facilities Services performs preventative maintenance and repairs on all CMU campuses. Our custodians and maintenance crew strive to deliver quality service for each building on campus. Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to submit work orders for anything related to campus buildings or grounds that isn't working properly.
