Wingate Suites and Apartments

Located west of Garfield Hall, Wingate inlcudes both traditional dormitory suites designed for first-year students and modern apartments catering to second-year and above students.

Wingate's dormatory suites house 148 first-year students and feature lofted twin beds and study rooms for four residents. Community bathrooms are located along the hallway on each floor.

Wingate apartments house 140 second-year and above students and consist of four single-bedroom apartments. Each unit includes furnished living areas with 42" TVs, kitchenettes, separated shower and toilet/vanity areas. Bedrooms are furnished with carpet and movable furniture including a full XL bed, desk, chair, and under-bed storage. Residents in Wingate Apartments receive 7-meal swipes per week on their MAVcard, included in the cost of the room. Meal swipes reset every Monday, and do not roll over to the following week. 

Additional amenities in Wingate include study lounges, community kitchens and free laundry rooms, with a student-staffed front desk provided for security and convenience.
