Fall 2025 Continuing Student Room Selection has been postponed until March 24th, 2025
We will send out an email with your room selection timeslots by March 21st. If you have questions during room selection week, we strongly encourage calling or stopping by the Residence Life Office instead of emailing.
Room Selection
Students who are interested in applying for housing next year should do so using the online room selection via Maverick Housing.
Summer Housing
Are you interested in summer housing? Colorado Mesa Residence Life offers summer housing in Orchard Avenue Apartments.
What about Off-Campus?
Our policy requires all first and second year students to live on campus. Please review our Residency Policy to see if you qualify for an exemption to our policy. If you are a third and fourth year student, check out our off campus housing partners.
