CMU Tech Hosts Valentine’s Dinner and Wine Tasting to Support Student Scholarships
CMU Tech’s Culinary Arts and Viticulture and Enology programs invite the community to a Valentine’s Dinner and Wine Tasting to support student scholarships.
Guests will enjoy a five-course meal, expertly crafted by Culinary Arts students and paired with student-made wines from the Viticulture program. The menu features Itameshi cuisine, a fusion of Japanese and Italian flavors, offering a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
"The Valentine’s Day wine dinner is one of the highlights of the year for the Culinary and Viticulture programs. It’s an opportunity for students to experience the planning and preparation that goes into a special event fine-dining meal. Proceeds fund scholarships for students," said CMU Associate Technical Professor of Culinary Arts Wayne Smith. "For our donors, this is perhaps the most enjoyable way they can support education – by sharing a delicious, memorable meal."
