“Being apart of the Maverick Stampede has taught me so much about leadership and what it means to be a part of an organization. We all get together and work so hard for a beautiful project that is displayed to thousands of spectators each fall! It’s been a huge part of my college experience and I’m going to continue being apart of this wonderful family.”
Harley Galbasini will be a Junior at Colorado Mesa University in the Fall of 2018. She will graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Music Education in the year 2020. Her main focus musically lies within the vocal department. However her passion within the marching realm points to the color guard. She has marched in the Maverick Stampede for two seasons.
Her other involvement with the Music Department includes participating in ensembles, working back stage for the operas, and contributing to Colorado West and Solo/Ensemble competitions. After graduating, she plans to teach elementary level general music and, one day, return to higher education to pursue her masters in Choral conducting.
