SCHEDULE
CMU Band Day begins at the Maverick Stampede Center and at the Moss Performing Arts Center
Our dedicated rehearsal facility is located adjacent to the Health Sciences Building and Oakland Ave dorms and is most easily accessed from the parking lot entrance on 12th st., across from Kannah Creek Brewing Co.

| 9:00 AM | Rehearsal Begins |
| 11:15 AM | Approximate time of end of rehearsal. A light lunch is provided, but bring money and snacks as well. |
| 11:50 AM | March Over |
| 12:00 PM | Concert at The Plaza |
| The plaza is located near the University Center (The Plaza is #42 on the Campus Map) | |
| 12:20 PM | Continue to Stocker Stadium |

The football game will be played at Stocker Stadium:

| 12:30 PM | Police Crossing at 12th and North |
| Photo op: there is a unique, police-escorted crossing which is truly a sight to see. The best place to get a photo of the band is on the stadium-side corner of 12th and North, near the gates at Stocker Stadium. | |
| 12:50 PM | Football Senior Recognition; the band will play the National Anthem at approx. 10 minutes left on the game clock (approx 12:50 PM) |
| 1:00 PM | Kick-off - BEAT THE COWBOYS! |
| Note: The halftime show typically begins between 2:15 and 2:30 PM. Student are encouraged to attend and stay for the duration of the game, however, students are free to leave early if necessary. Students in bands associated with the Veteran's Day parade are free to leave in order to make their call time for their respective high schools. | |
| 4:30 PM | Anticipated game completion. Exclusive Post-Game Performance. |
| 5:00 PM | Return to Maverick Stampede Center for dismissal |
Students may be picked up between 4:30-5:00 PM, however, if this changes due to game play, please watch @CMUBands on social media for the most up-to-date information.
WHAT TO BRING
- Dress in casual/comfortable clothes - CMU Colors if possible (Maroon, White, and Gold)
- Marching instrument, flag, or baton
- Sunglasses
- Sunscreen
- Water
- Jacket or warm gear
- Money for concessions
- Sheet Music: link provided below when available
- Note: CMU Band swag will be available for purchase at registration (not required, cash only)
