Academic Probation indicates that you are not in good standing and constitutes a warning to you that your scholastic achievement needs improvement or suspension will result. 

Upon being placed on academic probation, you are permitted to continue studies for one semester, during which time you are expected to improve your cumulative grade point average (GPA) to 2.0 or higher. If you earn less than a 2.0 GPA you may be placed on Academic Suspension (link to new suspension article).

You are placed on Academic Probation if your cumulative GPA falls below the minimums listed below:
