Complete the following steps to prepare for registration

Enter Emergency Contact Information.

Verify your Social Security Number.
See if your social security number is already on file with the Registrar's Office.

If your social security number is listed, please review it to make sure it is correct. If it is correct, no further action is needed.

If your social security number is not listed, please enter it.

If your social security number is listed but it is incorrect, please submit a copy of your social security card to the Registrar's Office.

For Colorado Residents: Apply for and authorize COF.
