Any financial obligations to Colorado Mesa University must be resolved before a transcript can be sent. Please allow 24 hours for processing of official transcripts from the date of receipt.

- Access to official paper transcripts ends 18 months after attending CMU.
Colorado Mesa University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide official PDF transcripts. You can order transcripts using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed. PDF transcripts are only available for those who attended from the fall of 1991 to the present.

- Select Colorado Mesa University from the list of schools and click Submit. The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session. A processing fee will be charged per recipient.
- You will be notified if you have a transcript hold.
- There is a $4.00 non-refundable fee per order.

In accordance with Colorado House Bill 22-1049, official transcripts may be released for the following reasons.
- Job application
- Transferring to another postsecondary institution (i.e., attending another college or university)
- Applying for state, federal, or institutional financial aid
- Pursuing opportunities in the military or National Guard
- Pursuing other postsecondary opportunities (i.e., graduate or professional programs)
