Estimated Cost of Attendance is an estimate and does not reflect actual charges. It is a generic estimate of what we expect students to pay for room, board, transportation, books, etc. and is not unique for each student. Each student at CMU receives the same Estimated Cost of Attendance amount. We are required by federal law to include an Estimated Cost of Attendance with all award offers.
