To receive any federal loans you've accepted, you must complete an MPN and Entrance Counseling before those loans will pay to your account. You can complete these requirements through studentaid.gov or access the direct links through the "My Tasks" tab in your MAVZone. 

A Master Promissory Note (MPN) is a legal document in which you promise to repay your loan(s) and any accrued interest and fees to the US Department of Education. 

Entrance Counseling ensures you understand the terms, conditions, and responsibilities of your loan. By completing entrance counseling, you'll learn what a loan is, how interest works, your options for repayment, and how to avoid delinquency and default.
