Answer:
In order for federal student loans to pay to your account, you need to be in a minimum of 6 credit hours each semester, complete the Entrance Counseling on studentaid.gov the first year you take out federal student loans, and complete the Master Promissory Note (MPN) also on the studentaid.gov website.
