Sharon Kettle-Kemp has been a certified veterinary technician (CVT) for the last 20 years. She worked in a busy spay/neuter practice with multiple doctors and clinics, and for the last 18 years in a small, one doctor practice in Palisade, Colorado. She also helped Roice Hurst Humane Society with spay/neuter clinics as well. Kettle-Kemp has also trained many people throughout the years on how to be a technician.
Last year Kettle-Kemp decided to change paths to focus on training the next generation of technicians.
Currently she is teaching Anatomy & Physiology 1 & 2, Intro to Laboratory (Parasitology), Animal Nutrition, Office Procedures, Clinical Laboratory and Intro to Anesthesia & Dentistry.
Outside of being a CVT, Kemp is also a Level 1 CrossFit coach and member at CrossFit Vex.
