Jarom Hullinger is an IBEW Journeyman Lineman and Technical Instructor of Electrical Linework. He began his career in 2015 at Rocky Mountain Lineman College in Colorado Springs, Colorado, followed by a role as a groundman. In September 2017, he was accepted into a National Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee apprenticeship. He traveled across the country during his training, completing his experience by November 21, 2022. While his career has been enjoyable and challenging, he was excited to return to the Grand Valley with his family for the opportunity to teach in the CMU Tech Electrical Lineworker program. His favorite aspect of the valley is its proximity to various outdoor recreational activities. Hullinger continues to work as a lineman when available, assisting with emergency power restoration during storms. He finds great satisfaction in sharing his experiences with others.
