Megan Radloff began her nursing career in 2013 in the medical-surgical setting on the Short Stay Unit, caring for post-surgical, medical observation, and outpatient clients. She also has experience as a float nurse, working on a variety of med-surg and progressive care units.

Radloff received her BSN and MSN from Valparaiso University. She holds a medical-surgical certification (CMSRN) and a healthcare simulation educator certification (CHSE). She serves as a Simulation Coordinator for the nursing simulation lab.

Radloff began teaching full time at CMU in 2019, and absolutely loves it! She moved to Grand Junction from Bloomington, Indiana, where she taught as an adjunct clinical and lab instructor. Her favorite thing about teaching is engaging with students on a personal level. She remembers the struggles and the rewards of nursing school and is passionate about mentoring and sharing her own experiences.

Her hobbies include hot yoga, aerial silks, and living a healthy lifestyle. She enjoys outdoor activities with her family and dog, a Morkie named Cinnamon.
